businesses that operate in china almost always have to have a bank account there. even non profits. also foreign businesses are required to have us bank accounts here. this is common stuff, other than the most absolute 3rd world nations, you cant just set up shop in another country and run a business there without going through their banking system

also wtf at the “N Korean” loans lmao. these said loans were with a well-known, multi-national South Korean conglomerate that has a license to operate across the DMZ, which it was allowed to do back in the 1990s.
