Funny how they set the bar at $125K here, considering democrats used $400K as the threshold for "middle class" with his tax the rich plan.
....the argument was not would you be happy to receive 10K because you're already doing well. Of course the majority of people are going to be happy with an upfront 10K....... dosen't take much thinking to know that.
Your post was about making 110K not sound like a lot, which based on statistics of median incomes across the country and even in the large cities you referenced 110 by the majority of standards is indeed a lot, double in most cases.
