I think that as long as they put a warning somewhere that this is just a joke, then it's not spreading disinfo. Fox has the right to make jokes. And people should always do their own research on whatever they see on TV. If they see this pic and then start doing stuff to the judge, it's on them. Fox should not be held responsible for stupid people's actions.
