And these consequences should only involve defamation, which is Alex Jones' action. But all the other stuff, he didn't do, his fans did. Why should he be held responsible for what other people did?

And so what his fans aren't the brightest? They are still mentally sound adults. They should be responsible for their own actions.

In my honest opinion he was the reason victims were harassed. Without him noone would be doing that to the families that just lost their kids. Cmn...

He was not the reason victims were harassed. The harassers were the reason why victims were harassed. They only went after Alex Jones because they knew he had money and that suing him could prove profitable.

The only case where I would concede that AJ was legally reprehensible is if he actually incited those harassing acts. If he had said, "you guys should go harass them, making their lives a living hell" or some such. But I don't think he did that.

Personally I believe the CIA was a major player. A lot of people do. They were immediately started a cover up right after it happened and are still covering up documents to this day.
