And its not white people in stable houses in the suburbs with better schools and extracurricular programs and less guns and more parents who are being victimized by the crime wave. Tim Scott's Opportunity Zones were the SINGLE best anything any politician has ever done for inner city poverty and violence, with a strong working economy so that many businesses were operating and employing youth and young men.
