You can't come up with any good reason to dismiss Covid numbers so you have to hide behind "well, sometimes people lie".

Except I am not trying to dismiss covid numbers. I am saying that you have no way of verifying these numbers, so you should treat them with skepticism.

you would think those stories would have popped up in every big city from how the media was painting the picture...

Claims that are asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. If you say the official numbers aren't real, you better have evidence to the contrary.

Except I never claimed official covid numbers aren't real. I said that we have no way of verifying them, so we should always be a little skeptical.

How skeptical exactly? Do you think there's a realistic chance they're more than 10% off in one direction or the other?

nothing on mass graves tho...

heres how i read those...

we have an influx of dead people that has left us unprepared and we now have to get these temporary storage items to help with increased in death from the covid bug

none though about MASS GRAVES

those stories kinda prove the OP's original point...

shit got exaggerated... those stories catch the eye and sound worse then they are...

the reality is covid wasnt as bad as everyone lead it to be...
