He can gamble that the stock is undervalued, which it probably is since its been in a big drop since 2020. And they can call him on that bluff, he'll still probably make billions long run. Or the same stockholders who have screamed bloody murder that he bought a stake can try to shut him out, in which case he profits from their grudge against him. Who's fault is that? Its not some deceptive back room deal. You can't call it a pump and dump if he's loudly broadcasting his intentions and people are reacting to him
