She wrote for the Harvard Law Review how the criminal justice system can be unfair to sex offenders, and not only that it can violate their rights but also be counterproductive towards reducing sex crimes.
That's the kind of toxic subject that ambitious judges would know to stay the fuck away from, and will be used to try to criticize her
