Where do you live?

The USA Canada boarder has been shut down for all vehicle traffic for almost the entire time. Only in August did they reopen USA coming into Canada and USA did not reciprocate until Nov I believe. For all air travel you have to provide vaccination status and you need testing before you get on a plane and after.

Not only that, within Canada itself individual provinces completely closed their boarders to other provinces. Some required you to isolate two weeks in designated hotels before you were allowed back home even.

When it comes to abortion - not only is what I’m saying not cutting edge woke, it’s not even that liberal anymore. The notion that a woman should be able to have unrestricted abortion right up until the second of birth - is the majority position in the democrat party. If you want to say democrats are evil, you can do that because it’s still a free country until we on the left fix that. But . . .

There was a yesteryear when democrats said abortion should be safe, rare and legal. This has now evolved to frequent, celebrated and completely unrestricted. Abortion isn’t viewed as a necessary evil it is a fundamental good, celebrated, promoted - from politics to pop culture. Obviously this is because republicans have gone so far right and democrats are completely reasonable.

If you think what I’m saying is just my position or that I’m an outlier on this then your pretty uninformed.

Edit: unless the government wants to force a needle into a woman and then inject her with a foreign substance against her will. We on the left are totally fine with that of course.
