That's a separate system with different currency/laws and other circumstances. You are just trying bend over by comparing apples and oranges.

Business owners get hit with forced minimum wage payouts, to stay competitive they have to cut staff/close doors. Or increase the price of their goods and services. It's a gradual increase but eventually it catches up and we have leftist panhandlers out there asking for yet another increase. Happens all around the world

I like Ben Carson's idea. Just assign the minimum wage to a discrete value like the CPI and that way we can stop talking about this simple issue.



Denmark is different from America, they are 90+% white and have much less crime and abuse of the system as a result.

The real question is "How much better would Denmark be if they didn't have shitty welfare schemes that don't work?"

The only thing that someone pointed out to me where immigration workers which are bound to a company to provide them with job security. That is one factor where I think minimum wage might be not a bad idea.
Funny thing though it's usually the immigrants indians/Chinese predominantly who would be the first to exploit other immigrants
