I only care about the merits of the case. The merits say he's in danger of being locked and scammer tagged, and rightfully so. "No PM bets" is a guideline intended to help prevent scams. It's never been a hardline rule.

They get locked and tagged all the time. Every case is judged on the merits. The guidelines around "no pm trades" are exactly that. Guidelines designed to prevent you from getting scammed. Means nothing if you actually get scammed.

I'm not about opinion on this matter. He made a bet, he has failed to pay, site staff has given him a deadline.

The ruling is clear. This has already been litigated. He doesn't need to bump the thread. He can bump it when the deadline is up.
