I work for myself and same, lots of work and I’ve doubled my rates as well. Still have to turn town jobs.

Hard to say, lots of it like Donahey said is I think people starting projects and getting over there head. I’ve also had a few projects that were cancelled due to the economy etc.
In Hawaii too lots of places are empty due to people leaving and lack of tourists so I think people are taking advantage of the time to do necessary work while the places are empty.
