There's simply no feasible way that such an operation on such a scale and with such a risk could ever be pulled off. It would require not only a grand and sophisticated conspiracy theory bankrolled with extreme effort and meticulous fact finding, but also bear absurd risks with low rewards, the chance that even the slightest mistake or loose thread results in such a massive operation getting exposed- and all for what?
