She's behind like 30k I think. That's plausible to reach with absentee ballots and provisionals... but I bet you the absentee skews right because they are all from deployed with family at Benning/McPherson/Moody etc.

didnt realize it was that close, my mind must be stuck on earlier numbers i saw. still an uphill battle sadly.

Voter participation was a record for recent history of Georgia midterms.

but only a fool would assume that's not because both bases had been mobilised, but because there was no voter suppression - because there is PLENTY of evidence for the latter, it was blatant and widespread and specifically targeted against potential democrats. you'd have to be a complete hack to deny that...

It's just BS DEMS at it again. We have the same situation in Arizona Senate race. At 100% counted, McSally wins, but Sinema won't give up.

I guess the Dems need some extra time to count all those illegal votes, and votes from corpses. We should be understanding. :/

/e Btw, in the case of Georgia, the votes needed for Abrams are 62,000+.

What you call suppression, the rest of the world calls maintenance. Maintenance is something Democrats refuse to do because it gets dead people and people who've moved away (a.k.a. Democrat voters) off the voter rolls.

Advertising to your opponent's base to encourage them to stay home and/or demoralize them on election day is not only legal, it's widespread with both parties participating.

Then there's that pesky fact that voter ID does not in fact harm voters. https://www.vox.com/identities/2017/3/15/14909764/study-voter-id-racism

didn't you at one time pretend to be a libertarian or an independent or something? i'm not entirely sure because i really can't be bothered to keep track of the dozens of insignificant and interchangeable cultist accounts claiming blatantly dishonest stuff like that while parroting the lazy official talking points of the administration. anyway, your hackery is pointless, the organised efforts to suppress only certain groups' votes are well documented, giving it a harmless name doesn't change the FACTS - no matter how you FEEL about it...

Didn't you at one time stop pretending to be a Nazi sympathizer? It's tough trying to keep all you statists properly pigeonholed. Meanwhile, nothing you wrote changes that facts I pointed out.

Picture from this article:

Like i initially posted but deleted, computer & data are at center of the "new" gerrymandering, extremely optimized

The best way to resolve the problem would be to create an algorithm automatically doing the job every xx years, but politically neutral, so it would never give the advantage to one or another, on the average...

afaik, the number of 30k refers to the number of votes Kemp is above the 50% threshold, and if he fell below that threshold, a runoff election in december would be triggered. the difference between Kemp's and Abrams' vote tallies is far bigger than 30k.
