I want to see Clinton get busted, the Democrats that helped her, Obama get remembered for not having the USA's best interests at heart, and the fake Russia-Trump collusion witch hunt stopped.



I want Trump to have a chance to do his job. Ya know w/o being sued every other day by States Attorney Generals and such.
Trump is definitely NOT a well polished political animal, but I think he has some good ideas.

Point is, I'd like to see him have a decent chance to BE a president. Maybe in the time that gets freed up once the Democrats are pout in their place, the Reps might have time to groom Trump a little.

The Iran deal IS messed up.
US income tax laws ARE messed up.
US immigration laws ARE messed up.
The swamp DOES need drained.
North Korea DOES finally, need stopped. Diplomatically if possible.

I dunno. Remember that all the serious news channels, tore Trump apart for his accusations about this and Hillary, back in 2016. They probably need a bit of time to get things worded nicely...now.

Grassley has been complaining about this since 2015. he may just ....dance naked with bells on...now.

Well first step, it should be a major media story. The press has an obligation to overturn every stone it can.
Then the house/senate should open preliminary probes to see if it can be substantiated and if there's any hint of anything untowards
If the FBI officials involved can explain good reasons for everything, the investigations should conclude and they all go on their merry way
If the FBI officials involved can't provide reasonable explanations for the failure to inform / conspicuous delay, they should either recuse themselves or be forcibly removed from the current investigations. If Mueller really does have any hint of wrongdoing, his special counsel investigation should be paused as he's replaced by someone who isn't tainted by Russia scandals, preferably someone the democrats actually approve of so it doesn't have to become a partisan apocalypse.
Then if any wrongdoing was around after scrutiny, it should be investigated in detail

I can't disagree with anything either of you said. Although, Ghot, I'd imagine you at least think the Iran deal is messed up, income tax laws are messed up, immigration laws, etc for very different reasons than I do. But at least we agree they're fundamentally flawed.

And, to both of you guys, I didn't see either of you mention using this to wipe out the Democratic Party, or obliterate "libtards" or anything like that. I think that's a good sign.

I don't hate Democrats or love Republicans..unconditionally. I hate politicians that lie and cheat the American people though. Big time.
If this does go to trial, and the swamp does get cleaned, it would make me happy. I've waited a long ass time to see any president, actually ...."clean the swamp" that politics has become.

/ee When I was a lot younger, there were dems and reps ofc. They "seemed" to me, to vote their conscious, rather than JUST party lines. At least a lot more than they've done lately.

This doesn't show any wrongdoing among democrats we didn't already know about. Even over on /r/politics they accept that Hillary is crooked and just want her to go away
But if anything, I think you should be more worried, because this threatens the legitimacy of the FBI and risks blowing up the Mueller probe, which would trigger a constitutional crisis.
A world where politicians are corrupt partisans is just the sky being blue. I mean hell, Trump himself has dirty finances and is a cynical pandering liar, he's just worse at it.
But a world where the FBI was complicit? Where it became not just compromised with partisan political consideration, but was willing to be complicit in foreign corruption with Russia? That's a scary prospect.

Holy Fuck. If Trump lost, the government would have went IMPERIAL.

It's time for Mulder, Scully and Skinner to come back.
