Unfortunately my country gives fame to people who have a lower education than a chimp.... So the children see all these complete idiots on TV and try to emulate them because theyre famous, and then we end up with a bunch of morons running around and breeding like rabbits, while the educated ones only have one or two children.. I see the movie "Idiocracy" coming true in the future

even worse than you gave them credit for actually
having some very good educational (or rather combined education/research) facilities does not ensure education for the populace at large
