Almost? It practically did for a while there.
People standards of how every person in the US should be living seem a bit high...
Not everyone will have the luxury of big houses, nice cars, and an expensive education but almost everyone at least has a chance at it if they are willing to work hard.
Education is free to a point, everyone gets the same foundation. If you want to go on and get higher education then expect to pay for it or at least to work at getting help paying for it.

people only resort to crime because there's little option. if we have an effective education system where the kids actually learn something and taken care of and at the same time cost of living is subsidised to help people getback on their feet will stop crime. this will snowball and definitely make a change in the system and peoples emotions about their social well being (leads to crime) etc etc

I don't believe you can smoke a "bowl" of crack. Now I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's not how crack is done.
