Once a tower's software identifies a flying object as the object it is, in this case the Blackhawk, it does not "lose" the object if the transponder is turned off. It retains the object identification. All news networks reported the chopper was "dark" in the moments leading up to the collision. The radar map supports that stance. And NOBODY, either in the Army nor the Government has contradicted those reports.

The passenger Jet's radar, however, would lose it entirely, and have no chance to respond to it's proximity. And funny enough, the way a jet's radar works is slightly different than a tower. It works closer to a ping that gets closer and closer as the transponder gets closer and closer. When the ping is on, the pilot of the passenger jet can see that they're being directly approached. When the transponder is off, the only thing they can "see" is whatever the tower chooses to transmit to them.

So, we have orders that directly put both civilians and soldiers in unnecessary danger, as a result of Biden Administration policies. We have more Army Air fuckups in 2024 as a result of Biden Administration policies than any time since 2024. We have the excuse of an underequipped piece of training equipment, due to the decisions of an administration that spent $27-28 TRILLION in 4 years.

Last but not least, we have "pilots" who've been marked down as "500 and 1000 hours" of "flight experience" but flight experience in the army INCLUDES flight simulators. And funny enough, 2 of the 3 soldiers in the Chopper are being reported as female. Kind of strange.

It's almost like a combination of poor policy, poor spending, and poor hiring standards directly led to the collision. Yet here we are, in a topic that's claiming it's trump's fault for firing people who had absolutely nothing to do with the Army or the Blackhawk that caused the collision. Weird huh? Apparently, your claim of what "Trumpers" care about, is false. Trumpers have been BEGGING for information about the chopper since the collision occurred. And we still haven't gotten most of that information.

Meanwhile, YOU insist:

"Trumpers" never thought it was ATC's fault. Anyone who looked at the video of the fucking collision could see the chopper rammed the fucking jet. The ONLY questions that EVER existed were about the chopper.

Site me a source that says the helos transponder was off.

Two identified as female!?

You sure?

And oh yes trumpers did lmao.

You need to reevaluate where you get your information from.

Radar is only accurate to a few hundred feet. Do you understand that?

It seems we are at an impasse and I don't believe continuing this conversation will be constructive. I can't teach you things you don't want to learn.

The first to report that there were two women that I saw was CBS. Not known for their support of Trump.

So, we have a male pilot, a male mechanic. Where's the other pilot, and why has the "family requested their identity not be revealed"?

These SOLDIERS were following orders (apparently) when they KILLED over 60 civilians. You are a public servant and have no anonymity in the military when you cause American deaths.

More fingers pointing not just at a DEI hire, but at DEI policies to protect the DEI hire. See, you should keep talking, you're doing well at convincing me the Blackhawk fuckup really was about DEI. :)

After Trump blamed this on DEI the following happened:
The families of both men released the name.
The family of the woman did not.

Do you blame them? I certainly don't. The POTUS pretty much blamed family member because she's a woman. She's already guilty of the crash before we find out any details. Is she the cause? I have no clue.

Hagseth said all members of the crew were fairly experienced. So seems legit that they would be conducting a training exercise.

Yes. I blame them. When US Military service members cause the deaths of over 60 civilians, they need to be held to account.

We know they flew out of their flight path. We know that their flight path intersected landing and takeoff lanes at a national airport.

It is in the interests of the public to know who caused the deaths of over 60 civilians. There is NO national security agenda served by keeping a public servant anonymous.

When you sign up for the military, you sign up KNOWING that every action you take in service of our nation WILL be scrutinized, by the military, the government, AND the people you swore to serve.

If the DEI hire is unwilling to be held accountable, then a dishonorable discharge and loss of any future benefits for themselves or their family is in order.

And again, "experienced" is meaningless. According to US Army regulations even I have nearly 1000 hours of flight experience. Because flight simulator experience DOES count as "flight experience". Do you want ME crossing landing/takeoff lanes at a national airport?

My true colors? You, sir, convinced me it's a DEI hire. I was reserving judgement until the facts were more clear.

Now, I'm willing to put money on it. What do you say, 1397 fg that it was either a female or a troon? Care to put at least your fg where your mouth is?

I'm sure lol

Uh I'm pretty sure it is a woman? But that doesn't mean she's a DEI hire? I don't like to speculate things on that. She very well may be but I have no idea

Ah. But if a chopper pilot can't even maintain proper altitude, and is off by over 75 feet, something that EVERY experienced pilot interviewed has clearly stated is unimaginable, that would kind of indicate that xe/xer was NOT qualified for the position, correct?

Yes I would say so but let's see what actually happened first? The point is, the POTUS shouldn't be blaming it 20 minutes after it happened
