He lived in a village right outside the metro area, less than 30 minutes away. Does he void his right to self-defense outside the village of Antioch? I'm just trying to understand your legal interpretation of self-defense.

I grew up in New England and we regularly crossed "state lines" to get groceries or grab a bite to eat. But maybe I was an illegal immigrant and I just didn't know it.
