The bold is not even hyperbole. If Trump succeeded in his attempt to overturn the election, essentially American democracy would be done. If a valid presidential election is overturned, there's no coming back from that. And we're left with basically the entire right-wing mad at Cheney for saying Trump shouldn't be the leader of the party, and shouldn't continue to spread lies about a stolen election.

Has there been a single right-winger on this forum who has adjusted since these events happened? I don't count since I've opposed Trump for 4 years. It says something about this ideology that they view it all as just another overblown media story. Every single one of them would vote for Trump again in 2024. It's complete madness on that side, even among those who have a triple digit IQ.
