U dont need the Gov to be healthy... I can count on one hand the amount of time i went to the hospital in the last 30 years.

-Eat healthy
-Dont drink alcohol
-Dont smoke Cig
-Good sleeping schedule
-Exercise daily 2 hours a day
-Yoga + meditation
-Live stress free

There's nothing hard to be healthy. People are just lazy and hate themselves enough to gain weight + look hideous

As for this topic, if you don't want to get an abortion, don't fuck everyone or at least use protection if you wanna fuck the whole neighborhood? If you do these you will avoid having a kid with someone you don't want to.
