Ukraine's army is surrendering or retreating all over the front line. They are putting up very little armed resistance.

It's over - Ukraine will officially be balkanized. There will be DPR/LPR, there will be West Ukraine which may or may not remain under the control of Zelensky, and then there will be the rest of Ukraine, now officially moderate and de-nazify'd.

So basically Ukraine is about to be three countries.
