it's on video, and by his own admission, that he killed 2 people. he claims these were in self defense. legally i tend to agree with him.

a murderer colloquially is someone who has killed someone, i said whether he is a criminal murderer has yet to be seen.

u said i cant call him a murderer because his trial isnt over, ignoring entirely what i said about the distinction between criminal and noncriminal murderer.

I never said I have the legal (or otherwise) means to compel you to not call someone a murderer. I am merely pointing out that in so doing, you are being factually incorrect.

I would say the colloquial way to call someone who has killed someone is "killer". I guess you can also say murderer but it's a more emotionally charged term. Usually murderer implies that a killer has been found guilty in a court of law.
