Define a ton, I picked up two big packs from Sam's club like a week or two ago since I was out. Stocked the upstairs and downstairs bathroom closets.

I always buy TP in bulk. It's dirt cheap if you buy it 60 at a time. Same with those 50lb bags of rice, dish soap, etc. All this "we're preparing for the worst!" is really dumb because the stuff they are buying is always dirt cheap in bulk.

This means many people have a really bad nutrition.
When things are going well you need really few TP.

Eat salad or simply eat less, i don't know what to say.

In the developed world they had been briefed by top medical professionals who had a good idea of how bad the new coronavirus could potentially be and the decision was taken to not restrict travel, screen or isolate incoming people from China or, from late January, Northern Italy. Even if this would not have totally eliminated cases popping up in other countries it could have significantly slowed the transmission and aided a policy of containment by tracing each individual subject's contacts.

Governments are only a part, it's also the whole crew who was only afraid to get a market crash, btw those people have zero issue getting the best healthcare in top private hospitals/clinics.

Remember all the morons who were super optimists and were minimizing it lets say only 10 days ago ? We can thanks them very much too.
