This was the intermediate ruling. The ruling for a genocide will not be handed down for atleast a year. In the meantime Israel has to abide by the courts ruling (or not). It has to allow aid in and cannot destroy evidence related to this case. In one month Israel has to come back and provide evidence that it upheld the courts ruling.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out in Gaza because I'd imagine bibis just gona Yolo it and continue on glossing Khan younis.
The court didn’t order to stop of the war like the expectation from SA and the Palestinians. I read that SA said they are happy with the decision so I guess it’s a win-win. Not that it matters really, Assad didn’t care back then and Israel already has US, France, Britain and Germany at its side.
Meanwhile this happened:

And here they actually admit it :
https://www.unrwa.org/newsroom/official-statements/serious-allegations-against-unrwa-staff-gaza-stripI wonder how many others.. and how it’ll look like in court given that they relay on UNRWA information so much ?

I agree aswell and that's why south Africa's case wasn't about genocide per se but the "intent to commit genocide"
I’m sure that if I’ll go back a bit ill find a post when you stated israel is committing a genocide. Changing statements as the wind blows ?
