First post in many many months.
First, I feel like this entire impeachment has shown our people of the United States and the rest of the world how much of a joke our system is.
I am embarrassed to watch our country waste our time and money over such insignificant subject matter that it substantially impedes actual progress. Month after month it’s a new problem, with a new headline that is absolutely just trash click bait.
Trump is a problem because he has poor presidential acumen when it comes to his social behavior. I feel that there are too many uneducated self righteous critics that neglect to see one of trumps biggest goals as a president was to change the financial future of our country. China has really taken advantage of our relaxed trade allowing them to profit so heavily, they own over 25% of the country’s debt. They’ve become the largest overseas real estate holder too.
It was time for a big change. This Ukraine noise is simply that. It’s noise. Anyone watching and listening to what the media wants you to, will already see how much corruption are on both sides of our politics. The investigation into Hunter Biden is clearly something that would be ethical to do. Anyone who is not biased to one party would agree.
Anyways, I’m not for or against Trump. I’m a moderate who is tired of seeing this political show on our tax dollar.
see, you claim you're not on either side, but you frame the issue like the trump side does, in order to distract from what ACTUALLY happened.
first of all, it's incredibly ironic, that trump, whose daughter and son in law hold positions neither of them is even remotely qualified for, would genuine have problem with that kind of nepotism in the first place - you might want to read into ivanka's trademark approvals in china, or the kushner's real estate deals with qatar for some of the more egregious corruption scandals. but even if we ignored the incredible hypocrisy: there are proper ways to deal with legitimate corruption concerns, and they most certainly do NOT include the president sending his personal lawyer to coordinate a pressure campaign and withhold congressionally approved funds to an ally at war - and don't you think it's a little strange that the only company trump was concerned about, is the one that had hunter biden on their board?
if you REALLY don't have a dog in this fight, you might want to critically question your take on the whole issue.
