/e Dems need to deal with the fact that Trump appointing a SC judge is perfectly legal, and they just lost out on the timing.
/ee Not to mention that leaving the SC with only 8 members is doing a severe disservice to this country. It practically renders the SC useless.

Ya know what I would do if I was Trump. I would have congress pass a law that the SC could not be left with fewer than 9 judges for say longer than two months, maximum.
/e Cause without a full SC, the lower courts will have no oversight.
