I take this reply to mean that you have no earthly idea what a policy "white paper" is. I can't say I'm surprised. Hillary Clinton has no reason to dig up and make public the full comments of every speech she gave on the lecture circuit. In fact, she has several reasons NOT to do that:

1) We've never asked presidential candidates to do that
2) Doing so would only reinforce the political press' worst instincts in holding her personally to an entirely different standard
3) Her opponent has literally the exact same material, speeches from the lecture circuit, that not only is he not releasing but he is not even being asked to release
4) We actually DO have a precedent for information, specifically tax returns and medical history, and her opponent is not abiding by that precedent while she already has
5) The speeches were a commodity sold to a private audience, that audience deserves the experience regardless of what was paid on their behalf to obtain it

Clinton is under no obligation to do something just because the dumbest among us want her to do it.

What does this have to do with what you were talking about? Hillary Clinton made that comment because her, most of the people in government, half of academia and most of law enforcement considered us to be in the middle of a surge in violence. That proved to be incorrect and she apologized. That's responsible governance.

You can contrast that to Donald Trump's behavior in the "Central Park jogger" case, where he refused to apologize for his role in getting innocent men locked up due to his advertising, cheerleading, and race-baiting, despite the fact that they were innocent. Even now, all these years later, he undermines the settling of the case and when confronted with the facts of the case he still laughably tries to demonize the innocent men, and attacks them as having a sordid past.

Anything else? Any other bubble-babble you want to get completely picked apart in 15 seconds?

the reason there are these requests is simple: which other candidate which never worked in the private sector in any real capacity (other than getting rapists off) then gave speeches on financial policy to some of the top financial firms in the world and is now known for taking 8 figures in campaign contributions from said firms, and which other candidate has had a private server while holding one of the most powerful positions in the country, and arguably the most powerful appointed one along with fed chair and sec of defense? then deleted a plethora of correspondence AFTER getting a subpoena?
feel free to explain.

and don't bother blaming the black man, Colin Powell, for her actions. we know you like racist tactics to spin a message around these parts.

Lol. One of the things that impressed me was breadth/depthof what she was releasing in the early months of the primary, lightyears before the time when campaigns past would be releasing basic white papers on main course issues like healthcare, immigration, tax policy, and the economy.

She had fully fleshed-out proposals on student loan reform, rural revitalization, upgrading power grids, combating drug addiction, harnessing tech. That level of nuance is unheard of for a campaign.

Would it be fair to say she's comfortable releasing more policy proposals because she knows Trump doesn't have the ability to adequately attack the specifics on the debate stage?

Probably because her corporate masters are already pulling the strings about which proposals they want her to champion so they can make more money.
