It doesn't actually matter. What matters is that they can dictate everything towards totally capitalistic countries like the US and it doesn't matter who they elect or what policies are proposed. That group is going to manipulate the media, public opinion, politicians and every other institution or company they control to put through their interests over the heads of normal people. They are also multinational, so their influence doesn't stop at borders except for Russia, China, Iran and NK. Do you see a pattern?

Pretty much. I am not sure if my country is in there for the money or is trying to influence something.
I would say, just for the money. If not, I will be disappointed if they are trying to do social engineering.

But that's the point, there is no higher belief or some hidden agenda. They just do everything for the money. Social engineering => divide and conquer.
