That number was trended from last year.

The real rate this year based on the this years data is 9.6, which is 10% higher than last year.

Aka everyone is overhyping this. The average age of death is still >80.

In other words without a full winter season, and with massive lockdowns and mask orders, the death rate only increased by 10%.
