the entire "swamp courts" argument is flawed anyways. it rests on the idea that the courts refused to hear facts of the case, as if they heard "we want to investigate election fraud" and judges nationwide said "no we're not supposed to do that". as if the first day in court is the first time facts are heard. its a misunderstanding of the court system.

facts are presented to get a court case, not initially in court. evidence must be presented before you get a day in court, and if evidence is lacking the courts decline to give you that day in court. here the lack of standing that was cited over and over should be read as a lack of facts to justify court time. they simply didnt have a strong enough case to justify getting a court date set. the court isn't an investigator, its an arbiter of facts. dumbo qanon idiots dont get this. they think that someone should be able to say "well thats fishy to me" and then get a court date. without even pausing to think of the precedent this sets. any democrat could then say "that election looks fishy, here are some sworn statements, now you figure it out courts all we do is identify fishy things". it would be bedlam.

ALL of the evidence the Trump team had was in briefings presented to the court in order to even get those hearings. the hearings were then a place to present any other evidence to garner additional court time. instead, Rudy and co. chose to bring forth the witnesses to affirm their affidavits. so they double presented the same evidence that was not strong enough for a court case.

simply saying "dominion machines switch votes" isnt evidence, that's an allegation. u need evidence to validate an allegation. they didnt have it, just more sworn affidavits. ive been telling u for months sworn affidavits aren't proof, they're evidence. and not strong enough evidence to make anything happen in court.
