Meaningless statement entirely. Nothing whatsoever to do with capitalism vs socialism.

Capitalism at it's base is the private ownership of capital and the product of that capital.

The farther toward socialism (or communism) you go, the more you go towards government taxation of capital or it's product all the way up to government owning all capital and it's product. You complain incessantly about wanting lower taxes, then complain that more social programs don't exist. Your very lack of consistency is why nobody has ever taken you seriously ever.
