A lot are selfish, ignorant, or fooled, and it can happen in any other country. How many Americans realize the number of civilian casualties provoked in Iraq War 2? How many are just religious haters who want to kill all Muslims? And how many simply don't care while the money comes in?
I saw a lot of polls oriented toward the wrong question: instead of asking Israelis if they support the bombing and genocidal collaterals, it's better to ask, "Are you trusting your army?" with an almost "generally" intemporal bias.
Or "Do you think Hamas is still a threat?" and so opening the way to propaganda to encourage more bombings...

If you hypothetically ran an anonymous poll of Gazans about the Oct 7 attack, you would easily get 55+% in favor too. It's almost like this is an extremely bitter, hardened conflict which has been going on for generations...

It's OK to lash out I understand your frustration. It must be tough watching the once mighty and feared idf turn into the laughingstock of the world, that is unable to quell a riot inside a prison.
