Filming in public is not a crime.
And you keep saying they were filming the comedy show and sharing it, they were actually filming a train wreck that happened to have been at a comedy show.

Conditions of entry are not laws.
You can have a condition of entry that i have to allow my bag to be searched to enter a store, but i can refuse on exit and no law is broken.

Bro your own sentence doesn’t make any sense first of all. Second of all if you need to be searched to enter you can’t just say, “no thanks” and enter anyways. Third of all this is a moronic circular conversation.


You cannot go to an event where you are not allowed to record, do so anyways violating the agreement made upon walking into the event, and share it online.
