it can be private or public and she has been offered a staffer fly out there for an interview

her and/or her legal team wants an fbi investigation which isn't going to happen as there aren't enough grounds and even she hasn't released anything for them to go off of

as nobody else has come forward with similar accusations and nothing has been presented to help this specific accusation stopping kav seems unlikely but she can tell her story

it's up to her if she wants go under oath and tell her story or if she would rather back out but right now it probably won't stop Kav as it shouldn't (at this time)

Kavanaugh already passed three days of hearing by Congress. And we know for sure that the Dems did everything they could to find a reason NOT to approve him.
A day or two after that hearing... poof we get an old, anonymous accusation of high school sexual assault (which is pretty much what happens in high school anyways).

The Reps say wtf, you can't anonymously accuse someone of a crime. Lol
The Dems counter with: Oh well, she decided to come forth (look how brave she is). Damn straight brave, with a false accusation.

The Dems brush off the fact that they have had this accusation since July, long before the approval hearing.
The Dems, knowing they had this info, decide NOT to bring it up during the hearing.

The Reps say fine, we'll have an inquiry on Monday for Ford and Kav (which is already bending over backwards).
Ford says she will appear, but then her lawyer says not till after a full FBI investigation. And want public hearing with witnesses, and Reps agree to all that, except the unnecessary FBI investigation


The FBI says not our problem.
The white house agrees, because they know that if the Dems push for the hearing, and Ford perjures herself which she would have to do, IF she was lying about the sexual assualt...
Then the Dems would have just signed their death warrant.

When all that's really going on, is that the Dems are trying to stall the appointment till after November 6th in the hope they can take the Senate and stop it that way, by vote.
Then if that happened, they would stall and stall and stall, till after 2020, in the hope that a Dem would win the presidential election.


The most hilarious part is that the Dems, with this crock of shyt accusation, have convinced anyone at all of it's validity on JSP.






By the way the latest is that the Reps have given Ford till 10 am this Friday to...

and then they'll stand up and get their accomplishment tarnished with a "oh i bet his wife yelled at him behind closed doors before he made the right call to stand with us"
