Nah... guy is obnoxious.
Word. Although, I can understand their frustration. Personally, I'm not super into the whole no-platforming movement.

The idea of making someone else change because you don't know how to control your thoughts is pretty stupid. Is it unhealthy for them? Probably.
Do you do unhealthy things every single day? Yes. Do you have bad habits? Yes. They just aren't visible at face-value.
That being said, it is sometimes difficult to control your own thoughts when you see someone clearly furthering their unhealthy behaviors/pushing it on their kids who basically have no choice. That's a tricky area.

I can't believe people spend thousands of dollars to attend universities only to listen to shit like that.

it seems specific to some countries, like usa, mexic, or arabia saoudi.

So it's tied to diet and cultural views of beauty, but we already knew this.

based on this graph you could say people from America are fucking jacked with a low body fat like Arnold Schwarzenegger who had a BMI of 31 in his prime. Use better data.

Only if you had no idea of the prevalence of those kinds of people (hint: it's actually very very very low)

the data and bmi as a system are flawed when the discussion is "fat"
fat should be based on bodyfat% not BMI.
