Why is it hard for you to treat people fairly and judge them by the content of their character?
I find it comes rather naturally.
After analyzing personal use of self and receiving therapist/counseling training you learn it doesn't come as default, and we have all kinds of unconscious drives and biases we aren't quite aware of that we only discover through peer review and critical examination of our cases and practice. As somebody who has experienced life on the margins I expect you would be more sensitive to things like this though, as marginalized people know the harmful effects of discrimination more than most. But you have to understand, some of the people I deal with appear and smell very repulsive.

My Sociology hate campaign isn't limited to this forum... I berate my good friend(who has a Sociology degree) often. :)

and until you are familiar with the material and can tell us what controls were put in place any number quoted is meaningless. There have been several studies done which control for everything imaginable and the pay gap shrinks significantly. The pay gap exists, but the 77% number has been debunked a dozen times on this forum alone. It still exists, but is not nearly as concerning as a 23% pay cut.
I'm not sure what you're going on about. I never said that the pay gap was 77% across the board. Pick that bone with somebody else. I said it narrows in certain professions the higher you go in education and technical difficulty, and in some industries the gender pay gap is much greater than the 77% number.
