Unfortunately, Bleed the Beast is not a mystic Eastern Asian war zen concept or flavor of the day talking head analysis. Surprisingly, it's described in liberal arts programs when covering ME relations and is very well understood. A swift Google search would describe it more. It's a compounding effect, an attrition play. USA has been battling that strategy not for one year, but for about three decades in the last 40 years.
