think about gates' power as a computer guy who stole it. Nicola tesla tech, facebook zucker etc.
usually big guys exploit the trusting intellect of smart guys in order to own a venue or paradigm.
So while its well intended not to do this, the real issue is the lack of repercussion for doing it.
I also would suggest that its free beneficial advertising as long as its low quality and not in its entirety.
