There were shots before kyles 4 shots into rittenhouse.
The shots did not come from kyle, Kyle was being chased as these happened.

There wasn't ever a gunfight, though more gunshots not from kyle happened later after he shot Huber/Grosskreutz

4 into Rosenbaum killing him after being ambushed chased, charged and lunged at (before the chase and shooting was a death threat from Rosenbaum to kyle) "I will fucking kill you if I see you alone" - Jospeh Rosenbaum to Kyle Rittenhouse
2 at the unknown unidentified guy that tried to stomp his face in on the ground (these missed)
1 into Hubers chest after being assaulted by Hubers skateboard
1 into grosskreutz's arm rendering him unable to use his pistol on kyle

All of the people who call Rittenhouse a murderer are just an irrational mob baying for blood. I mean, even if he is shown to be guilty, it is still not murder. Look at the charges he's facing, reckless this and homicide that, none of them actually says murder. Murder means premeditated malice that intends to kill. There was definitely no premeditation on Rittenhouse's part that night. He did not plan any of the killings that night. Everything kind of just happened. I don't even need to bring up self-defense. I don't need to. The kid did kill people, however he didn't murder people.

Also there were all these Dumb idiot retard hogs around the place with Guns aggravating the entire situation unnecessarily. The organizer of said Hog Round up had left and told everyone to leave several hours before anything actually happened.

Cars and buildings were on fire before the shootings.

people arent charged with murder, because murder means killing someone. murder isnt always a crime, kyle rittenhouse is a murderer, whether he's a criminal murderer remains to be seen.
