Geez, don't be upset, I wasn't making fun of you personally or your country's customs. I just don't see how it's that hard to understand that different cultures find different meals appealing or disgusting, and it mostly comes down to subjectiveness. That's the point I was making. I'm not a fan of escargot or foie gras, as I consider them pretty meh and I don't really appreciate its supposed excellence, but I've tried them myself, np. I had fried scorpions in Beijing too. My bet would be smokers or not controlled/diagnosed high cholesterol? I suppose that people that, despite not having pre-existing conditions, constantly throw shit at their lungs and bloodstream will aggravate the development of a respiratory virus.

Question for the class. If I were to contract the illness, will my vaping endanger others any more than normal? Am I spreading the black plague at a faster rate? I've just been assuming for now that it indeed does and have stuck to only doing it in my car or bedroom until this shit subsides.

You may have much more chance to be hospitalized, and then 100% isolated, unlike the 0.x% who will break their quarantine to buy some stuff or worse: "sharing" their problem.

if you were to contract the illness, being around others at all is endangering them.

you are infectious before you even show signs of illness though. it's best to keep distance as much as possible anywhere right now.
