the first part can't be stressed enough, as it not only pertains to the mueller investigation: a major reason for the massive turnover in trump's administration is the fact that even some of the crooked and subservient 'best people' he initially chose, seem to have some kind of line they're not willing to cross. opposing outright illegal or unconstitutional orders might seem like an incredibly low bar by ordinary standards, but these days it's something almost worth crediting...
