I'm not joking at all. us moderates don't like ambush style gotcha videos. I enjoy shapiro, but it's sure as shit not for his dEsTrUcTiOn videos of college plebs who are just 18 year old NPCs.

I don't disagree with Crowders views, but his programming is just a combination of editting 12 hours of campus interactions down to 30 min segments and circle jerks in his studio. i can see why it's entertaining from a right winger perspective, but its nothing centrists are going to go to bat for. Crowder is fringe. Fringe isn't just beliefs. and buzzwords like "mainstream" dont mean much, Alex Jones had millions of views for each show on Youtube and Facebook. He's a near-household name, which is as "mainstream" as you can get in some senses. but when i say fringe i dont just mean in beliefs, i mean also in support (in this context support = willingness to fight if they get censored).

I'm a principled person, but I'm also honest. I don't support censorship for even those i wholeheartedly disagree with, but i'm also not going to die on a cross for someone i wholeheartedly disagree with, either.



fringe can mean a lot of things in a lot of contexts. in this one fringe simple = moderates wont fight for them.

shapiro, not fringe Jones, fringe. Crowder, fringe. Joe rogan, not fringe.

Crowders attempts at taking down other informative videos is on par with prageru lunacy and his own youtube comments section regularly calls him out on it. What is watchable is the dialogue he has on campus with other folks.

i wish i could find the other compass close to this where there is a sliver in the top-left quadrant for allowable disagreement, but this one will have to do.

There is a difference between an alex jones fringe and 'moderate' lefties not going to bat to protect the speech of anyone right of center.
