Pretty basic logical fallacy.
People who oppose taxing people to pay for various things does not mean they oppose those things happening at all

People who oppose participating in a coordinated societal response to a societal problem oppose participating in a coordinated societal response to a societal problem.

Government is nothing but a coordinated societal response to societal needs.

The subtext to her argument is '...not a child fed [with tax money], not a child educated [with tax money], not a child housed [with tax money].'

Her point being that the same people who oppose abortion are inclined to oppose child welfare, as well.

I'm more of a social libertarian than an economic one, and I'm quite comfortable agreeing to disagree that the government ought to intervene with issues like child hunger.

The hypocrisy lies in how some people would like to see a child birthed but uncared for. The economics of poverty and social liability of irresponsible parents are my main reasons for being pro-choice.
