This is one of the dumbest things I have ever read on this website.

I don't really see why support for Hamas in Gaza is so disbelievable. There isn't a Gaza resident today that hasn't lost a friend, uncle, cousin, whatever in the last 20-30 years against their struggle against Israel.

They are largely viewed as freedom fighters and wouldn't be able to hide without at least some level of implicit support from a critical mass of the population.

I saw this video recently, it was of the first day of the raid on Israel by Hamas. It was a bunch people starting a fire next to a bunker to try to smoke out some barricaded IDF soldiers. What stuck out to me is some of these attackers were basically teenagers. Honestly, some of them looked like kids, no more than 16-17. That's the nature of this conflict which is sad as fuck. So many of these 'rebels' are kids, that lost a dad or some other family member and have grown up in a environment soaked in hating Jews. The line between combatant and civilian here is really blurred. Truly a shit environment to grow up and one side of me understands why they grew up to hate but another can't accept willingly committing some of these completely heinous atrocities.

You know what is a bigger deal than Iran and Saudi talking on behalf of weak Chinese arbitration

A nuclear power plant and American base in Saudi

This statement just has minimal to no merit

You keep saying this without provided an explicit reason why exactly. Saudi relations with the US were at a relative low point under this administration, particularly the first two years of Biden's presidency when he was publicly shitting on MBS. Them normalizing ties with Iran was a huge blindside.

General commander of Israeli forces said that the Israeli soldiers will not have any penalties or trials for what they do in this war so all of the war crimes would not be investigated if they are performed by Israeli side.

Whole place is a society of kids, really. Heard median age in Gaza is ~20.

I keep saying what without an explicit reason why?

The details of the Saudi Israel deal? You can google it

Regardless, You are confused who has the burden of proof here

When you make contrarian statements that burden is on you. The prevailing notion is US/Saudi/Israel have working relations and have been at odds with Iran for sometime. MBS and nuclear power plants are in completely different tiers of importance. You can look at Saudi oil patterns for recent evidence about US relations as well

Support for hamas isn't unbelievable, it makes sense for all the reasons you listed. That wasn't the part I found fault with, it is using that as a justification to bomb gaza into dust because he thinks it makes hamas some sort of representative democracy, which even if it were true wouldnt be a justification for that.

No one should accept what they did, they were undoubtedly heinous atrocities and they should bury the people responsible at sea but bombing Gaza into the dust isn't going to accomplish that, at best it will just kill 10x the civilians that died from the hamas attack, which just means more recruits for hamas. At worst we have another avenue for WW3.
