https://twitter.com/ndrew_lawrence/status/1353873669437665280Tucker flipping the script on journalists concerned about QAnon... the real problem is government telling us what to think. I don't know why Tucker wants to affirm people who believe in a conspiracy theory that calls for the executions of thousands of Americans. He's an evil man for it.
https://twitter.com/Oregon_GOP/status/1351656484392759297Oregon GOP calling the Jan. 6th insurrection a false flag operation, and comparing it to the Reichstag fire. Full blown Infowars QAnon territory here.
Does this not concern people of the right? How do you think we got here?
The media abused its position, lost credibility (media credibility is at all time lows), and as a consequence people turned to a host of other sources, many of which are simply not credible.
At the same time, it's hard to blame organizations like the NYT exclusively, as their movement from news to advocacy is in their economic interests. It simply doesn't pay to report facts, hence the need for the 1619 project and other pieces of ideological drivel which the NYTimes stands resolutely behind despite widespread panning by professional historians.
