the simplest way to catch someone breaking the law is to find someone who's breaking the law and catch them
criminals are stupid and coverups almost always fall apart pathetically. Its like I was saying about Ilhan Omar in the other thread, there's mountains of evidence that show her clumsy attempt to coverup her marriage to her brother despite literally thousands of pictures and documents proving it. Its actually a lot harder for someone to pull off a Beria-esque forged crime because you have to twist legal pretexts to the breaking point or stage entrapment that can be poked away at. Look at the Julian Assange case- they had to charge him under a terrorism statute of limitations extension that's only supposed to apply to shit like anthrax attacks or kidnapping and beheading the supreme court, and even under their flimsy pretext it still doesn't work because- and this is nice and juicy ironic- the very small legal precedents cited by the Mueller report on the presumed intentional acts of congress (loughlin v united states) show that the lack of conspiracy clause in that statue makes it inapplicable.
but I don't even remember what page of this report they cited loughlin so don't ask. Maybe the searchable version could ctrl+f it
Well yeah, but that's easy level.
Think of a chess game. Force your opponent to move himself into jeopardy. That's how it looks to me.
The accusers get the added benefit, that the accused are now too busy to accuse the accusers of deeds the accusers DID commit.

You really do have some of the dumbest political takes. Dems don't think that, and if they did, they would be wrong.
Yeah, that's pretty much what I said.
/ee I just had to bring this forward.... I have it set to 25 posts per page, rather than the default 10.
