Uhh yes if you're averaging down which if you have a positive outlook is what investors do..

All depends on outlook.

Do you think people should invest at the peak and if its not the peak it's bad?

Saucey is the biggest crab on this sub. hes the kind of person that cracks a boner when btc dips 10%, while ignoring that we pulled in 25% profit
