not only is it difficult (and unnecessary imo) to investigate, the people who would grant personhood to a fetus are aware of this and would not push to commit resources to determine the precise cause of death

this basically means that the idea that a fetus is a person is an idea that hasn't been thought out to it's full implications by those in the "pro life" group
