Russia attacked Georgia in 2008. This isn't the first act of russian aggression towards its neighbors and that occurred while George Bush was president. Those acts of aggression don't have anything to do with any particular president besides Putin himself and his own personal ambitions. Jesus Christ, how many times do I have to say it - in 2008, much like Ukraine right now, Georgia opened up fire on Russian peacekeepers first and killed dozens of people and just like fascist Ukraine, began an indiscriminate bombardment and slaughter of civilians before Russia reacted militarily.

The same thing played out in Ukraine now, only over a much longer time-scale. Ukrainian fascist dirtbags spent the last 8 fucking years shelling and killing and slaughtering and threatening civilians, many of whom culturally identify as Russians before Russia reacted militarily.
